About Us

Helping young adults who have aged out of orphan care transition peacefully into adulthood and become contributing members of society

The Problem

After exiting children’s institutions or alternate care arrangements, youth are often ill-prepared and not equipped for reintegration into society and transitioning to adulthood. The problems these youth face include but are not limited to the following: low self-esteem, lack of inter-relational skills, inadequate life skills, difficulties in obtaining sustainable employment, lack of knowledge on how to access resources, problems connecting in society, and an overall lack of support and guidance.

Our Solution

A Christian-based holistic program that focuses on three main objectives. We equip orphaned youth so they are better prepared for life’s challenges and have a healthy support system in place during the transition into adulthood and thereafter.
